Refund policy

At Country Road Creations, we take great pride in handcrafting each product in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, or appearance are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact us at countryroadcreate@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items with slight color or shape variations due to the handmade process
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items that have been used
  • Custom products (such as personalized or custom orders)
  • Personal care good (such as beauty products)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
